This Privacy Policy explains how KING V AHMAD ("we," "us," "our," "the Site") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and mobile app (together, the "Service") to browse and purchase game top-ups, app subscriptions, and telecom top-up products.

• Deposit proof: screenshots of payment receipts you upload when requesting a wallet deposit.
• Sign-in data: if you use "Continue with Google," we receive your Google account's name and email address.
• Technical data: basic device/browser information and a unique identifier generated automatically to keep your session secure (via Firebase Authentication).

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in.
• To process, fulfill, and communicate with you about your orders (including via WhatsApp).
• To manage your wallet balance and deposit requests.
• To respond to support requests and password reset requests.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send you order status notifications and, where applicable, announcements about new products or offers.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Realtime Database, Authentication, and Cloud Functions). Passwords are never stored by us in readable form — accounts are authenticated through Firebase Authentication, which stores credentials securely on Google's infrastructure. Access to customer account records is restricted to store administrators through access-control rules and server-side verification.

4. Order Fulfillment via WhatsApp

To complete certain orders, order details (service, package, price, and the account ID you provide) are sent to our WhatsApp number so we can manually process and deliver your purchase. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs how that platform handles messages.

• Google Sign-In, if you choose to use it.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request to update your account information or delete your account and associated data by contacting us using the details below. Where the Service provides an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that directly.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
